Overview: On March 19, 2024, the School of Cable Engineering held a scholarship award ceremony for the “Release Your Dreams” Scholarship Program. The event was graced by the participation and support of Liang Jing, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, as well as senior management from Henan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. and Henan Yunhan Industrial Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Kaikai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Cable Engineering. The head of the Student Affairs Department announced the list of 22 scholarship recipients. On the afternoon of March 19, the 2024 Cable Engineering College “Fulfilling Hope” Scholarship Award Ceremony was held in the Fifth Conference Room of the Administration Building. Liang Jing, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee and Vice President; Su Junqi, General Manager of the Project Division at Henan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd.; Li Wenke, General Manager of Henan Yunhan Industrial Co., Ltd.; representatives from the University’s Student Affairs Department and the Cable Engineering College, as well as faculty and student representatives, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Kaikai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Cable Engineering College.
At the meeting, Su Junqi stated that the establishment of the corporate scholarship is intended to give back to society and help more young students with dreams realize their full potential.
